Booking inquiries. When you submit a booking request through the Site, we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and event details. We use this information to respond to your inquiry, plan your event, and send confirmations related to your booking.

Song requests. If you submit a song request, we store the song details and any name or handle you choose to provide so it can appear in the live request queue.

Basic analytics. We collect basic, aggregate information about visits to the Site, such as pages viewed and general usage patterns. This helps us understand how the Site is used and improve it. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors.

We do not run a newsletter and do not collect email addresses for marketing purposes. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Email is used only as a confirmation and communication vehicle for your booking. Transactional emails (such as booking confirmations) are sent through Lovable's managed email infrastructure, delivered from our own domain (notify.mikale.live). We do not use third-party marketing email services such as Resend for this Site.

The Site is hosted and operated using Lovable's platform, which provides hosting, database, and email delivery. These providers process data only as needed to operate the Site on our behalf.

We keep booking and request information for as long as needed to manage your event and our business records, after which it may be deleted or anonymized.

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us at the email below.

If we update this policy, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
