These terms govern your use of mikale.live (the "Site"), operated by Miguel Makes, LLC, doing business as Mikalé ("Mikalé", "we", "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these terms.

The Site provides information about Mikalé's DJ services, live events, mixes, and pricing, and allows you to submit booking inquiries and song requests. Submitting a booking inquiry does not create a binding engagement; bookings are only confirmed once we accept them and any required agreement is completed.

When you submit a booking request, you agree to provide accurate information. We will use your contact details to respond to your inquiry and, if your booking is confirmed, to coordinate and confirm your event. Availability shown on the Site is not a guarantee of availability until confirmed by us.

Song requests submitted through the Site may be displayed publicly in the live request queue. Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, or infringing. We may moderate or remove requests at our discretion. Submitting a request does not guarantee the song will be played.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, photos, and mixes, is the property of Miguel Makes, LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced or reused without permission.

The Site links to third-party platforms such as Instagram and Mixcloud. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those platforms.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Miguel Makes, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.

If we update these terms, the revised version will be posted on this page with an updated date.
